It's no denial that most of us are leading a sedentary lifestyle nowadays. A   sedentary lifestyle is a type of lifestyle involving little or no physical activity. A person living a  sedentary lifestyle is often sitting or lying down while engaged in an activity like reading, socializing, watching television, playing video games, or using a mobile phone/computer for much of the day, in short no physical activity. Physical inactivity affects our entire body , both inside and out. Not getting our recommended 30 minutes of exercise a day can lead to many disorders. When we say recommended 30 minutes of exercise , remember it is the minimum amount of locomotion we owe to our bodies in order for our bodies to function well. We have seen alot of inventions lately and with new technology cones new lifestyle. If we stop and think,we have developed alot of bad habbits. One of the most harmfulI ones being overeating. Eating a large meal can affect your sleep, your weight and your organs over the short and long term. I would like to adress some direct and indirect ways we can overcome overeating and be on track of our healthy eating journey . Get rid of distractions First thing first. Avoid any distractions(phones,t.v,emails,etc) when you eat your meal.
